ROACHES, LEAKING FAUCETS, NO MAIL FOR 7+ MONTHS

I’ve been living here for a year and the management gets worse and worse. Since I’ve lived here it’s been about two or three different management companies that fail to do their job. My apartment has been infested with roaches and mold grows constantly in my bathroom. Not to mention the leaking faucets which cause my water bill to sky rocket, and that no one in the complex has been able to RECEIVE MAIL FOR 7+ MONTHS DUE TO MANAGEMENT NEGLIGENCE. This is a horrible complex to stay in. I will be... reporting them.

This complex sucks!

I paid my rent on time as always for the whole time that I've resided in this dump. Today the property manager fairy put a balance due notice on my door. I refuse to pay my rent online! This is a roach/rat/flea infested dump!!! I was paying for convenience, just to be close to work, I've paid $761.00 for the latest term of my lease! Do not rent here...I'll post pictures later after I speak to the elusive property manager fairy!!!!!
