Affordable place to live

Close to the city, the apartments are a little older but fair in price. My apartment was clean an spacious. Thanks to everyone

Do not I repeat do not move here

So I lived here for 3 years as they are the only people who actually called me back. I have 700 credit and no evictions. After breaking up with my ex I needed somewhere to stay fast. I spent almost 1k on application fees. That's a different conversation

This property has changed management 4 times in three years. The one consistent is rudeness and unpleasantness.
Each of my rooms have had pipe issues. Every room has had water damage that took forever to address. I had to invest in 3 new TVs… and a carpet cleaner. The property is old. Probably built in the 70s. I had 93 work orders while living there. I just got frustrated and atop submitting. There's a roach problem beyond fixing as well

New tenants

Pleasure Hatter was our leasing consultant, we couldn't be happier with the assistance we received, she was professional and caring and worked to help us get into our preferred apartment in a timely manner.
Our previous apartments closed down, leaving us scrambling to find a new home in a short amount of time, we truly thank Ms Hatter in helping us .

Worse apartments EVER

Water was leaking from bathroom tub downstairs to kitchen all over my washer and dryer, they took a week to start and a week to finish, they didn't clean up the mess they made, big roaches outside and inside and they have tons of hidden fees your monthly rent will NEVER be the same and the maintenance men will try and sell you stuff from their storage, stay clear of these raggedy apartments & shady maintenance and staff

Worse apartments ever

I been living here less than a year my apartment flooded 8times it's mold smell in my apartment the rent office refuses to help me. Don't pay your money to live here.
