Not the best choice for apartments.
The maintenance staff is horrible. Garbage is everywhere around the trashcan. The gate never words. When the gate does work, the gate key doesn't work. The gym is disgusting, there are dead roaches there. The pool is meant to be open on the 29th of May, but it isn't. There is trash EVERYWHERE outside, cats have been roaming free, there aren't any lights installed in the apartments, you'll have to go buy your own. Black mold is in the A/C vent. You could mention a problem in your apartment a... month before they actually come to fix it. There are diapers and trash buried in the sand at the playground.

We've welcomed this as an opportunity to improve and can assure you we take every report to our leasing office with great care as our residents are our top... priority. Our maintenance team maintains the common areas and community on a daily basis. We are actively working to have our pool ready for our residents. We are currently working on repairs and continue to provide our residents with updates every step of the way. Unfortunately, our gate was recently hit and we are working with our vendor for repairs.
