The security deposit for any home is $500.00 and is due at the time of the lease signing. Once your application(s) is approved, you can pay the first month’s rent to reserve the home for 45 days. We also require tenants to pay a $40.00 a month water fee/trash fee in addition to the monthly rent charge. We also provide 1 gigabit of Internet per second (gbps) speeds of internet a month for $65.00!

We have a Resident’s Benefit Package! It includes HVAC filter delivery, credit building, renter’s insurance, move in concierge, ID protection, and resident rewards. This package is only $55 a month!

To qualify, anyone ages 18 years and older must submit an application. Applications are $100.00, non-refundable. We do full credit and background checks on all applicants. We are looking for any previous evictions and bankruptcies within the past 3 years, or outstanding balances owed. We do also require that the monthly net income be three times the rental amount. We also have a move in special at this time, where your first months rent is discounted by 50%. You will only pay the half-month's rent, security deposit, and ancillary charges for water, internet and the benefits package to move in.
