Worst place ever

This place is the worst. The staff are a bunch of thugs just like over half the tents. Seems like they harass the good tents and welcome the bad. They gossip about tents to other tents. They sent several news letters aut about tents evictions I know some where that's not legal even if it's public record. The bugs like the others say we eventually will become a problem.

Management are thieves

They will take your money and not return it at all. And keep telling you it will be here next week. Next week never comes. No one is hardly in the office and they do not like answering the phone.

Hidden Pines Review

I just moved to the building 2 months ago and the neighborhood is okay. I say okay because there are roaches, but they do weekly pest control to help slow the pest problem. I do admit that they (the roaches) are not as bad as when I first moved in. Another disappointment is because it's new management, the pool has not been open for the summer. They stated that it won't be open until next summer. The good part about the complex is that there is a Marta bus stop in front of the complex, the... area does have a mixture of races (diverse), and that there is a lot of restaurants and stores around the area. For a lot of fitness people, there is a planet fitness right across the street. The town homes could have been designed a little better on the inside because the dryer connection is in the dining room area, which is separate from the washer connection, which is in the kitchen. The kitchen and the bathrooms are small, but the bedrooms are a decent size. The apartment complex overall is decent, but if you're not used to a lot of people walking all around and a lot of loud music, then you may not feel all the way "at home here". It's a good start for a person who has bad credit and need a second chance because they do have a second chance program. A lot of places that offer this option are not the best, but honestly, it's not that bad compared to a lot of other places that offer the same program.
