Terrible communication
Terrible experience. I Came to tour a 2 bedroom 2 bath just the day before yesterday and I loved them. I Was told that I had 48 hours to apply to get app and admin fees waived and was also a given my move in costs (Estimate since credit hadn’t been ran just yet). The next day I went to apply and the price of the apartments had gone up even though I was told the price would be locked in for 48 hours. Apparently even though this is a new community with over 200 brand new units available, they only... had one listed at the price I saw and they leased it out already. If you only have one unit available at that price, why wouldn’t you place a sense of urgency on it and tell me that? I asked if they can price match 1 of the 200 plus units available that they have and I was told no. Very unprofessional and I will be contacting corporate about this. Very unfair business
