Hi again Natori, Once again we're sorry that this upset you. When you reported the overflow in your sink and tub, we had a plumber come out and we verified that none of your neighbors were impacted and the plumbers found your child's toy blocking the... drain. As much as it pains us to charge a resident for the incurred cost, it's part of the lease that residents are responsible for damage they cause.
