Don’t move here
Don’t move here unless you want to deal with bad water leaks and serious plumbing issues. I live in a so called townhouse. When we shower upstairs, the water fills up in the downstairs toilet, along with sewage and maggots. These apartments should be shut down by the health department..

Don’t move here. Please read. Long but true
I wish to God I would have read this post before I moved into cobblestone apartments at Pat Mell rd in Marietta, Ga. This complex is poorly operated. I was told that I must have gas utility services before I could move in. I scheduled the gas company to come on 08/16/2019 when I was supposed to move in. I signed my lease that day but was not allowed to move in until 2 weeks later. The day I got my keys we didn’t do a walk through. I went without hot water because it was told to me by the leasing... office staff that gas controls the water temperature. The day Atlanta gas came out. The tech was immediately upset because he keeps being called out there to turn on gas services when the apartment is completely ELECTRIC. Also the dish washer was broken garbage disposal was broken. Told the office for several days. No response saw one of the maintenance guys standing around doing nothing as usual and asked him when they’d fix the issues I’m having in the apartment. I was informed that they were never informed. So when I found this out I went to the leasing office the atl gas tech and myself to speak with Sylvia she became very rude with me to the point I said I wanted to vacate The property manager Mary stated to me on a recorded conversation that since I’ve been there less than 30 days I can sign the document to vacate and turn in my keys and my money would be returned to me. I moved in on 08/30/2019 vacated property on this past Saturday 09/28/2019. When I turned in the keys. Latoya who’s is the worst of the three and I say that because the first time I filled out the paperwork to vacate the premises she signed it under my name honoring that document as legally binding and I have both photo and video proof of that happening. And the best part is I obtained that information prior to Sylvia reading this still legally binding document and destroyed it. Anyway Latoya was there when I turned in my keys when asked about my refund she said I don’t know wait til Monday

Low Income Housing /Section 8 Rental Community is the PLUS
YOU DO HAVE TO QUALIFY FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Read you application carefully and for a copy before you complete the application on give a deposit. Make that very clear you want a copy for anything you submit for your records and to be sure everything is the same and nothing change when you renew your lease again. Its a very nice place to live. However know your rights and be watchful of smiling face. Read your document completely. This is no time for all smile this is business and IRS Tax... Credits are involved do your homework. Learn about low income housing and IRS section 42 low income tax credit program.
I would rate my experience with Cobblestone Apartment Management on a scale of 1-5 star rating (1 Excellent| 2 Average| 3 Below Average | 4 Poor 5 Very Poor). I would give them 3 star rating ***

" BEWARE "
We were notified that the townhome was ready for the walk thru inspection. Upon arrival the front yard was full of cigarette butts the front door had dents and the lock area was split. Spider webs covered the front door entrance and back door also the shutters. Paint left on fixtures, rug, and floors. The caulking in the kitchen awful job tub also needed to be resurfaced. The leasing agent assured us that the repairs would be taken care of. We moved in 6/11/2015 todays date is 8/14/2015 after... numerous repair requests nothing has been done except for repairing a light bulb in kitchen installing a blown light bulb at the back door and adjusting the bathroom door so it would close. My advice to anyone considering move here. PLEASE DON'T
