Great place
most affordable off campus housing with good community spaces and helpful leasing office administration. They've improved over the year.

If I could give this place zero stars I probably would lol. First of all we moved into mold in the dishwasher and mold in the washing machine which is absolutely disgusting. We’ve been without internet for almost 2 weeks now and the only answer we keep getting is soon and hopefully when it comes to the internet provider fixing the situation. Management(Austin was helpful however)barely wants to take responsibility because it’s not on them and we have to contact the internet service people... directly, which we have about 3 times. And each time they came trying to fix something they messed connection up for someone else. We have to go into the living room to get any sort of connection and even then it’s a gamble on whether it’ll work, It’s getting progressively worse by the day. I have already lost an entire letter grade off a project for late submission because the internet was not working for me to turn it in. It’s beyond frustrating and I shouldn’t have to go to campus constantly for working wifi when I pay to live here. The parking garage has zero cameras and the mirrors at the angle they’re at are useless, people come speeding around the corners and could collide with you head on. I have been followed by strange men trying to talk to me and had to rush to my car or back to my unit because there’s no cameras so if anything happened nobody would know. And the fire alarm is probably the thing that’s going to make me move out of here entirely. At first I assumed it was just a standard test to see if it works, but either somebody in this building thinks they’re a comedian or multiple people can’t cook without causing smoke. Because this thing goes off several times a week. In the dead of night or in the bright hours of the early morning, being alarmed out of your sleep like that constantly is annoying. And I have a cat, so this frequent high pitched noise seems to be giving her some sort of anxiety because she’s now 10x more skittish than she’s ever been in my entire time of having her. It sucks here and I know several people that want to move here and I’m going to tell them all don't.
