There is a one-time admin fee of $120, which is due, if approved, at the same time as the first month's rent.

ACCEPTANCE IS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
-3.5x the rent in total (combined) monthly income (i.e. $1,000x3.5= $3,500.00)
-Credit score(s) of 650 or higher
-Verified and approved rental history/ownership
-Criminal Background
IF approved the Security Deposit is due via bank certified check or money orders in our office within 48 hours of approval AND a lease must be signed within 48 hours of approval in order to secure the home and remove it from the market. We can hold the home for up to 2 weeks from the date of application approval. It generally takes 24-72 hours to process an application.
