IF approved the Security Deposit is due via bank certified check or money orders in our office within 48 hours of approval AND a lease must be signed within 48 hours of approval in order to secure the home and remove it from the market. We can hold the home for up to 2 weeks from the date of application approval. It generally takes 24-72 hours to process an application.
