Great Apartment Complex

Staff and the Maintenance team are super friendly and helpful! They will go above and beyond to help Residents. Love the layout of the two bedroom, there is plenty of space.

Second year, won’t be a third.

On our second year. All the community amenities that were Broken are still Broken. Walls are thin, all we hear is the upstairs dog running back and forth all night. The apartment next door had a water leak. They asked if we had damage, I told them we had damage at the base boards, nothing was done (over 6 months ago). The mail (community mailroom) is a disaster. Constantly having packages disappear, even though there is a code to retrieve your mail. And now I’m told I have to pay to upload my... pets vet records to a service they decided to use. In addition to the pet deposit. I will be leaving this place early. I would definitely not recommend the latitude at Richmond Hill. 21 year Combat Disabled Army Veteran. Young soldiers need to steer clear of this place.

I'm happy

Its been almost a year, I love my apartment. Staff as a whole are very nice and pleasant! No complaints! Oh It would be nice if there was more maintenance staff. But I hardly have issues anyway so I'm good!

One huge problem

I’ve only been living here for about a month but I like the apartment and the community. The staff members are friendly whenever we speak. The problem is the WiFi is horrible!! It is a company called Hargray (do your research please) and is the only provider for this community. My husband and I work from home sometimes and we can barely get work done without the WiFi just CUTTING OUT. It is extremely frustrating, we attempted to have a movie night with some friends and of course the WiFi was out... the entire time. It was so disappointing to not be able to host a simple gathering with friends like planned. Unfortunately, we’ve contacted Hargray numerous times and it’s always the “run around” with them. Don’t waste your time especially if you work from home. Unfortunately, we will not be re-signing our lease when that time comes.

Love living here!

It’s a half way point from Savannah and Hinesville. The office staff has been great to us and has been really nice. Our neighbours have been friendly too. It’s generally quiet and the price is nice for Luxury living. We love the amenities the community has to offer and I’m happy we found this apartment complex! No complaints here!
