I just love it here everyone is so nice and respectful at all times. Well kept grounds and clean.

I would strongly caution anyone against signing a lease at this apartment complex. If you have no other options as I did, make sure that you read your lease very, very carefully. The property manager will find any small reason to give you a notice of infraction, whether it is warranted or not. The lease is extremely convoluted so that the property manager can find any small reason to monitor your behavior. For example, in the lease it states that you may not use candles in your unit without... written consent from the office. The maintenance are used as the property manager's watch dogs. When they come into your apartment to change the air filter or spray for pests, they look for what you might be doing wrong rather than seeing the terrible condition of the carpet, flooring, outdated appliances, etc. When they tell you they will fix something, they may or may not come actually do it. The facilities are in terrible shape and blamed on the fact that the owners of the property only allow certain changes to be made for financial reasons. Good location and fairly nice buildings. Sanitary wise, they need to work on it. Quality isn't great. Pricing isn't bad for a two-three bedroom, but only a little less for a one bedroom? For $700/month for a one bedroom, you'd think they could at least fix your sliding door to the back porch instead of giving you a wooden block to put there. They'll fix easy things pretty fast, but anything that will cost them money? Don't hold your breath.
