Everything is your problem.
Didn't get to see our Apt until the DAY we're moving in. There was some paint on the floor, and some areas were kinda dirty from the maintenance people getting it ready. Went to open a cupboard and the door fell off day one. Asked about it and the lady just kinda shrugged and said she'd "put it in our file". Had a roach problem. Told them and they said they'd tell the pest control to come out. Never did, until it was time for the routine spray. Pest control guy told us it was a known problem in... the building and even our neighbors were having issues with it. We ended up spending our own $ for bait and caulking so they'd stop coming out of the walls and cracks in the old closets. It just seemed like the blame was always on us, and never really got taken care of. The pics online felt like a catfish. There were a few instances where they came into our apartment unannounced, which I thought they had to give at least 24hr notice. They'd just walk away with no explanation. Ended up moving out a t the end of last year cause we were still dealing with the roaches, and ended up finding a bigger place! I'll miss the cool neighbors.
