The pool is open year-round and is not heated. As you pull up to the home, you will park and enter the main entrance to the fully updated kitchen with new shaker-style cabinets and all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, stove with overhead range hood, and all the essentials needed for preparing and serving meals at home. The kitchen has four stools at the bar and an eat-in dining area, which is open concept to the living area. The living area has a sofa bed, coffee table, end tables, and lamps with a 50" Roku TV. High-end finishes throughout the home will satisfy even the most discerning guests, with original terrazzo floors and spa-worthy floor-to-ceiling tiled walk-in showers. The very spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, and a small bench at the foot of the bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, nightstands, lamps, and a luggage rack, while the third bedroom has two twin beds with a shared nightstand and lamp and a larger closet. The studio apartment is a tastefully converted and fully finished former garage, furnished with a small kitchenette with microwave and kitchen essentials, a queen bed, and two pull-out sofa beds. Outside, enjoy warm sunny days in the gazebo.
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Located just north of Victory Drive and just south of Bonaventure Cemetery, this property is minutes away from one of the most beautiful cemeteries in the world, Bonaventure Cemetery, which is open to visitors year-round. It is also close to downtown Savannah and the Thunderbolt Historical Society. This is a residential area, so driving is recommended, however, Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.
There is a digital keypad lock, and guests will receive access information by email and text upon check-in. We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on our pool, which will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard and pool area if you stay with us on service day. We are a pet-friendly home, and all pets require a non-refundable pet fee.
