Enjoy a scenic 30-minute drive to Tybee Island for a day at the beach. The apartment features both professional shots and real-time images, so you know exactly what to expect.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a set of stairs leading to the upper-level apartment. Inside, the living room features a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku and a queen-size sleeper sofa. To the left are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. One of these bedrooms also has direct access to a large screened-in deck with another flat-screen TV. The dining room is adjacent to a kitchen stocked with all your basic cooking needs. Towards the back of the house, you will find a full bathroom and the third bedroom, which contains a king-size bed. The large upper-level covered deck with ample seating is a great place to start or end your day. Two parking spots are available for guests, one in a gravel driveway and an extra area on the grass to the right of the hedge. For dock access, walk across the street to a little parking lot with a sign between the condos and the orange duplex. By the water, a metal gate leads to a long double-decker dock. A community game area offers a great deal of seating, a grill, and games such as volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss.
The apartment is pet-friendly, but pets must be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee is required for all pets. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
The neighborhood exudes southern style Savannah, with the home situated near the marsh that meets the Herb River. Enjoy breezy nights and mature trees dripping in Spanish Moss. Take a quick scenic walk to dine at Pearl's Salt Water Cafe, a local favorite offering delicious food with a gorgeous view. Driving is recommended, and parking is available for guests. However, Uber and Lyft service the area as well.
The house features a digital combo lock pad, and the code will be provided upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. Construction is ongoing in the other unit, but it should not interfere with your stay. The lower unit will be available soon, making this a great place for larger groups of family and friends.
