It’s great till now! The maintenance is quick and easy. The property is safe and clean at all times. Love the feature of package drop and entry gate lock.

Great Location and Managment

I recently moved to Savannah the office staff made it very easy for my to transition by doing zoom calls throughout the leasing process. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a new home. Location is near Forsyth Park.

Great floor plan and pool/bbq. Quiet neighbors. Location is very walkable and easy access to a grocery store, Forsyth Park, and restaurants.

Overall a decent experience, maintenance can be slow to respond and there's rarely people in the leasing office but they keep the place pretty clean since I've been here and the location/amenities are great.
