Excellent choice tomakewhen finding a suitable place to live. The staff was second to none in explaining the property and showing us all the apartments.
My wife and I are very pleased with our choice. The property checked all the boxes. especially the dog park.
The neighborhood is perfectly located to the express way. The food court is in walking distance. Massive amenities for all your personal needs was a plus as well.

The move in process worked very well. Our coordinator was helpful. We have a couple of maintenance items still not addressed; however, there is a plan to complete those.

Safe and secure apartment community with convenient location. Walking distance to Smyrna restaurants and shops. Elevator access makes moving and bringing in groceries and shopping easier. Nice pool area. Only a couple of complaints: Sometimes trash compactor and recycling area overflows but it is usually resolved within a day. People with dogs aren’t held responsible for cleaning up after them. Would be nice if complex had occasional happy hour socials or grab and go breakfast events.

Loud Neighbors (Upstairs). Even after complaining nothing has ever been done about it. Maintenance never comes unless you call or email the office (even after requesting via the app). Hard to reach the courtesy officer. Goes to VM.
