The community is okay. It’s very diverse, old and young people. Can’t beat the location. The downside is the dog dropping. It’s literally everywhere.

I’ve been at 400 Belmont for almost a month and it has been a very pleasant experience. The community is very quiet , peaceful and safe. My unit is nice and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Valet trash picks up on a regular schedule and the elevator is in working order , which is very convenient. Andy and Mona in the leasing office have been very nice and accommodating. I appreciate email communications and messages on the portal from the staff. I haven’t had the chance to try out any... of the accommodations but they look very nice and I can’t wait to do so. I feel like I made the right decision in choosing my new home at 400 Belmont !

Living here at 400 Belmont has been an amazing experience so far. I have been living here within these lovely apartment homes for 3 years now. Mo and Andy have always been tentative to any issues that I may have and always present themselves with the nicest hospitality and care when it comes to the tenants and property. In my time in getting to know them personally they have gone over and beyond for the property. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars is I wish the Wi-Fi for residents... was stronger in the clubhouse. Me and several residents are in graduate and undergraduate programs and utilizing the clubhouse for studying would be better with a stronger internet connection. Thanks for the hot Starbucks coffee! and I love the fitness center. The property has installed electric charges which is making a hug difference for us who have electric vehicles. Overall, still a great location and place to call home.
