Great management team.
Great maintenance crew.
Trash pickup is good. They miss some days
Parking and entrance gates can be challenging. Especially with tenants illegally Parking in the handicap spaces in front of bed 3000. Please keep me on the transfer list.

We also understand your con cerns regarding parking and gate access, especially the issue with unauthorized use of handicap spaces. We take this seriously and will be increasing monitoring in that area to help ensure those spaces are used appropriately.

I've been here for a month, and I love it so far. The community itself is immaculate and well-maintained. Most of the residents I encountered were extremely friendly. I love the pool and the amenities. The leasing staff is nothing short of amazing! So far, super great experience.
