great place to stay
i have been a resident here for the past 2 1/2 years. i am planning to renew my lease next month because me and my kids like living here. i would recommend kenwood creek to anybody but tee only downfall is the traffic rush. Other than that office staff is very good at getting things done unlike my other place.

Wouldn't recommend!
I usually do not waste my time writing reviews on companies, I'll just take my business elsewhere. However, I just moved into a one bedroom in August. Now when I first came to look at the apartment, I was shown a 2 bedroom 1 and a half bath model apartment. I was looking to occupy a 1/1bed. The lady told me that the one bedroom will look exactly like the 2bed just without the additional room and the kitchen will be on the opposite side of the floor plan. I did like the layout of the 2bed so I... was expecting the same in the one without the additional room. When I asked where the units were located ie: bottom or top floor, I was told that they weren't allowed to say whether it would be an upper or lower level apartment (most apartments will ask you for your preference). That should've been my queue to end my inquiry right there but I liked what I saw in the 2bed and it was still close and convenient to get to work. Fast forward put my app in, get approved, move in. Problem #1. the kitchen is half the size of what was shown in the 2bed so there is definitely no counter space. Problem #2 (which is my biggest issue) they failed to mention there is a cockroach problem. And I'm not talking about those big ones you'll see outside, no I'm talking about nasty cockroaches that be all in your kitchen and anywhere else they could be. I've went into the office to let them know there was a roach issue in the building and I was asked were they inside of my unit and was offered for pest control to come. Not really sure what the purpose of pest control is when I have yet to see them disappear. This is a health hazard physically and mentally. Who wants to walk into their apartment and see roaches? I've only been here 2 months and I am strongly considering saving up my money to move somewhere else because this is causing me stress and my home is supposed to be a place of peace. Problem #3 I live in the front of the complex right and that's where people walk through to go to Target which is next door and the stores that are directly in front of me. When it gets dark it is pitch black outside with no lighting to see. That is very dangerous being that being are constantly walking through at all times a day. I don't feel that it's safe. I don't really expect too much out of apartment complexes but I am highly disappointed in my decision in choosing Kenwood Creek. This place is a scam.
