Pine Hills Apartments

My move in process was smooth and easy! Maria is a very nice manager who thoroughly completed the leasing process. Apartment is in a great location to downtown Smyrna. This is a hidden gem for sure!

The front office is NOT at all accommodating. The maintenance man is lazy, he just walks around the neighborhood constantly on his phone, I never see him doing work. The cabinets to the bathroom are missing and have not been put in since I asked them to do it. The refrigerator smelled like mildew. The fridge that they replaced it with was INFESTED with cockroaches as well as the apartment itself. There was a gas leak in the apartment for months. My electric is out, can't get to the main breaker because no maintenance person stays on property. I have called emergency number for over 2 hours no response. I am very displeased with emergency number, so please don't have an emergency over the weekend your stuck!!!

I absolutely love this property it's quiet and clean I've been there for almost a year now. The staff is very helpful and understanding to our needs as tenants. Other apartments is not understanding like Pinehills they are well mannered and every day I go home I feel at ease.
