Almost every appliance broke during our lease. Insects everywhere no matter how clean we kept it. Did not feel safe or comfortable in the living space.

When I tried to get help on these problems, I was ignored by landlord / management.

STAY AWAY.

While staying here I have experienced fleas, sewage constantly backing into my toilet, and brown water in both the sinks. It is a inexpensive property but that is not excuse to having such poor living conditions. I wouldn't stay here again and will be leaving once there is another opening.

These apartments, while not luxary by any means, are comfortable enough for long time stay, and are affordable for almost everybody. They are in a nice area and have nice residents. I would recomend these to college students, single people, and newly weds(like myself). However, I would not recomend these apartments to people who want to expand their families, because it could get a bit tight.
