Mold problems

Requested refund of all monies paid to Morgan Trace Apartments due to Mold Infestation and the property being inhabitable. I moved in the apartment on Dec. 23rd. By Jan 5th I was suffering from shortness of breath, fatigue, and respiratory issues. I found black mold under the cabinet sink. Informed the office staff, they came to spray a bleach substance. That same day I went to the emergency room to be informed I was having an asthma attack. I received a breathing treatment and steroids, I was... also advised I should not be in the apartment due to my asthma. Maintenance returned the next day with the maintenance supervisor who said nothing after inspecting but the maintenance tech informed me they would be re-doing the bathroom, never stating that mold was also growing behind the toilet. I went to the rental office to also request a mold inspection be complete, district manager stated they don't do inspections but I could go stay in a hotel and the amount would be taken from rent but the hotel limit was $100 a night. I didn't have extra money as I am a disable veteran and am on a set income. I went back to the apartment later in the day and found the mold behind the toilet and decided to vacate the property and have not stayed there for the last two days. I spoke with the leasing agent on the afternoon of 1/7 and the morning of 1/8 in regards to me moving out the property and requesting a refund of all monies paid. She stated initially the District manager only wanted to pay the months rent and I would need to be out in two weeks. The office manager came back and stated that she said they would do the mold inspection on Friday. I informed her I was not interested in residing at Morgan Trace any longer and would like a refund of all monies so that I may move to another complex that is free of mold.
