Beautiful Property

It took me only one visit to fall in love with the property. I am moving in a few weeks and cannot wait to take advantage of the amenities. My new rental home has all the features that I am looking for.

i love my home and community. The amenities of the neighborhood are one of my favorite parts, especially the dog grooming area and dog park! The staff is great and maintenance is very responsive. Location by 16 is also very convenient.

I've been here a year and it's a nice place to live - the homes are well appointed and it's very quiet for the most part. I do wish management would/could do more about the frequent violations that we all agreed not to do when signing our leases (trash cans left out, parking on the sidewalks, outdoor decor and stuff in the yards, not cleaning up after pets, etc) but they seem unable to effectively address these (mostly) small issues for whatever to help keep the community looking clean and nice.
