For the most part we’ve been satisfied but for the better part of the last two years we’ve experienced multiple and continuous issues with occupants above our first floor apartment. It seem the workmanship of the floor is substandard to the point that most times it seems occupants of all age ranges are stomping and constantly dragging a mechanical or electronic object across the length of the apartment. I would say, it’s either the workmanship of the apartment flooring and/or inconsiderate ... neighbors purposely stomping or oblivious to the obvious noise their walking and dropping objects on the floor as well causes.

The Elements is like hotel living—pool, a weight/workout room, small conference rooms, a coffee store (Local Joe’s) in The Elements, cabanas, an area to gather/eat where there is a kitchen area. The grounds are well maintained. I guess that’s why the tent is sooo high
