Kapilina Beach homes are a perfect home if you’re looking for a safe community, a beach getaway, and a beautiful home ALL in one. I love this community and I would live here forever if I could. 10 out of 10 WOULD recommend.

My grass is never cut, I had to wait two months for them to complete a work order, utility rate is sky high and doubles every other month. Late fees with no understanding for being late, despite making payments.

Kapilina is a Beautiful Safe Haven to Call Home. Everything’s So clean and Beautiful. The Pool is gorgeous and The Gym is awesome too.

While the homes are pretty old, the property management does a good job of keeping everything updated and responding to maintenance requests. Also the amenities, community activities, and close proximity to the beach is hard to beat!

Enjoy living here. Great neighborhood and facilities. The only thing that is not being kept up to date is grass cutting. I love the club house and swimming pool.
