He is a scam landlord who kept my deposit!

Same issue like the other review, small room, no ac, laundry room always broken, power always going out, the gate in the front fell on top of me and he shrugged it off like it wasn't his problem and i have pictures and have reported everything! He got rid of my previous review.

Do not let him acting nice fool you, it's nothing but a facade, he literally took my deposit saying i owed him for the damages on the wall that were already there, (the paint on the wall falling off, and damages that... were already there!

I have photos and the texts still, as soon as i showed him that he stopped replying to my calls and to my texts. If you lived here or lived here before please please please review so more people know!

Once again he is a scammer, he will take your deposit and never give it back he needs to keep being reported for this to end!!!-

Not worth your money

Literally a small room, no ac vent, no bathroom, no kitchen area. The floor is slanted and the washer/dryers don’t work and are never seen to. The landlord tried to keep our security deposit for no reason, not a great guy. Save your money and go somewhere else
