A classic and rustic 1940's home with charm, can you say location, location, location? This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is a long term rental with that original... Hawaiian Style feel and its direct ocean view right outside your living room window. Enjoy its connectivity to the beach and its own small community. Within walking distance are Baby Beach, Koloa Landing the scuba spot, The Beach House Restaurant, PK's surf spot, and The Shops at Kukuiula for restaurants and more. Koloa town is a 5 minute drive away as well as all the other popular Poipu beaches and attractions.
This home is fully furnished with beds/bed frames, linens, a couch, coffee table, dining table, kitchenware, bar stools, washer/dryer. It is also air conditioned. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths it is perfect for those with a small footprint. Sorry, no pets. Due to limited space, we can only allow 2 cars max on property. Tenant will be expected to water the grass in times of dry periods. Utilities are not included in rent however yard care is.
Hoona Rd. is well known for its location to the ocean, and that 'small street' feel off of the greater Poipu area. Being a good tenant and neighbor is a must. Hoona Rd. is sandwiched in between the ocean and Lawai Rd. which is the main road into this small area and busy during the day with people getting to and from their snorkel and surf spots.
This is not a vacation rental please do not inquire if your timeframe is less than 6 months. Also do not apply online without first inquiring and going through the entire pre qualification process with the property manager. This takes time, please be patient. No showings will occur until that process is complete.
Hawaii Life will require written proof of income 3x that of rent, a full background screening, credit score of 650 or higher and all tenants will need to carry liability insurance.
