If you decide this will be a good fit we will proceed with the Tenant screening and will include a non refundable $29.95 fee for each adult Tenant screening. Screening includes credit report and national criminal background check. Credit must be 660 or higher. Proof of income must show a combined income of 2.5 X the rent.
Prior to move in, Tenant must pay first month rent of $2,900.00 + Deposit of $2,500.00 for a total of $5,400.00.
Lease for 6 or 12 months with option to extend or go month to month.
Tenant to inform On-Island Representative or Landlord of any water leaks or relevant issues with appliances.
No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the premises of Elima Lani (you'd have to stand/sit on the curb at the street). There is 1 assigned permitted parking space available with plenty of free parking on the street. Brand new refridgerator/freezer, microwave and water heater.
