Just ok

This place is in a great location and the rent is very reasonable. It can be great as a first time apartment. But, after a few months it gets hard to live in. In the summer there are LOTS of spiders especially if you live on the lowest level, we have both black and pink mold on our shower door and bathroom faucet that the landlord has not responded to, maintenance is pretty slow to get things done, and not very much space in bathroom or kitchen, especially if you live with your significant other... or family. Other than that, not a terrible place.

If you are thinking of living here, just make sure you tour the place in person first to check for mold and other things.

Quite Culdesac

This apartment is located in the perfect area. There are two small complexes on a quite culdesac. We are within walking distance from the gym, great restaurants, the grocery store, shopping, etc...Rent is very resonable the apartments have been recently renovated with new modern finishes. My husband and I have enjoyed living here and as young professionals starting out in our careers this apartment has afforded us a great living situation. Advance properties owns the building we are renting... from.
