Laundry located on site. Unit comes with a large open living room/kitchen concept with eat in kitchen. Lots of sunshine through all the many windows. Large outside deck for outside seating with a quiet atmosphere. Both bedrooms come with large... closets. Our community is centrally located close to shopping, schools, parks and restaurants.

No communication

Rent has kept going up but quality of living has not. Yes there are "new" appliances and flooring but that doesn't mean it's good. I put in a maintenance request for the moon craters in the parking lot and they filled them with loose gravel. Moon craters have returned. Management gives 0 notice for maintenance. The last 3 times the water got shut off there was little or no notice. Every maintenance request I have placed except 1 was marked completed but no one came to fix the issue. Management... is unresponsive. Neighbors are loud. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone.
