Management is terrible about getting things done
Since moving in we are still waiting on internet to be set up after we were told we would have internet a couple days after move in. We are going on almost a month and we keep getting told the internet provider is coming but has yet to come. We have gone a month without internet and it apparently isn’t a priority for residences to have internet. This place has been open since 2023 and there is still no internet!? Another thing, maintenance is outsourced not on site. So it could be 48-72 hours... before a problem gets fixed. Pros

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review with us. We understand and apologize for the frustration due to internet concerns. We opened as new construction in November of 2023 and have been working with the Internet... Service Provider in the area since we opened, as we prioritize internet availability for our residents. We have been at the mercy of the ISP, but I am happy to say they are finally making some progress and we are hoping to see live internet throughout the building soon. We apologize for the frustration this has caused. Regarding the frustration found with outsourced maintenance, we have on-site resident managers who handle maintenance and work orders with our vendors. Please feel free to contact them or put in a work order on our website to have your concerns addressed properly. We hope that upon the introduction of the Internet to the building, we will be able to provide a more enjoyable experience for you at Creekside Apartment Homes.
