Nice Place Maintenance requests are handled very well. Although it’s in the contract to give 60 day notice even if your lease is ending, I failed to give my notice. I worked with staff so I wouldn’t be charged a steep month to month fee and I appreciate that.

We enjoyed our time living there, loved the layout and quietness of our neighborhood. Wish prices were more stable, feel like rent was out of proportion to other similar rentals. I had several issues with ordering a microwave replacement, but it was not local managements fault.

Grimes Hidden Gem!

We love living at the Redwoods in Grimes! It's tucked away and is so quiet! When we first came to see them, we knew as soon as we walked in that this would be our new home. Everything is open and inviting. The bathrooms are huge, and the kitchen pantry is the biggest we've ever seen.
After living here for a few months, we realized how much space we had in our garage. And we have set up additional office space in it. Our garage has windows, we have figured that all end homes do, so it works... really well.
The staff on-site is helpful and responsive. Some things have taken a bit of time to get fixed, but we think that was due to the weather of winter and ice/snow.
It is so nice having a big garage and no stairs, no one above you that you hear steps of. We really like it!
