Our beautiful, wonderfully managed apartment is a great community of tenants who live respectfully together. Our gorgeous back yard, perfectly sculpted by our own resident Master Gardener, is just one of the many surprises you'll find when living at... Brickhouse Apartments.
Because it was originally built as a hospital in the early 1900's, there are quaint built in cabinets and original hard wood floors, that add richness and beauty. Also, each apartment is unique with its own charm, and they all have gas ranges. The building has updated heat and air, which makes it very comfortable and efficient. Plus a clean and cute laundry room.
My husband and I own and manage the building, we are onsite as needed and take great pride in our relationship with the tenants. We look for ways to improve the building and the appearance, and take care of any issues quickly. The community expectations are that tenants live quietly during the daytime as we have several professionals that work out of their homes, and evenings are generally just as quiet. Large indoor parties are never allowed, our beautiful back yard or our large downstairs basement area are perfect for times you'd like to entertain.
