Luxury not
They advertise a pool but it must be an invisible one .Tennis courts another invisible one.Ok stainless steel appliances and a porch.Interior has vinyl plank flooring and cheap vinyl base everywhere.Carpet in bed only.Bathrooms are nice but water pressure is horrible.The shower will hardly reach the tub back.Washer and dryer in unit nice stackable hidden in closet.Paper thin walls god forbid if sombody lives above you.You can hear every step they take and talking loud.Parking is first come first... serve.Not hardly enough spots for the units they have.You can rent one in underground for another 100.monthly.Only Imon internet wich works half the time.Dont forget the water, sewer, gas,and electric and trash costs. I've lived in marion for 12 years in apartment that was 1 bed 500.00 monthly heat water sewer and trash included 55 for garage rent.Never had any problems with tenants or anything stolen from vehicles or packages from porch.My opinion is these apts are way over priced and they advertise things they don't actually have. Spend your money elsewhere. They don't do anything here about noise after hours.
