Not worth the money and terrible management company
Photograph everything before you move in. This company is out to overcharge for anything they can. I was charged for damage accrued prior to arrival, that I documented and photographed beforehand. They didn’t check that documentation at move out and charged me more than once for repairs. Getting that money refunded was a battle and you can never actually get ahold of anyone.
There’s no elevator in a three story new build and it’s definitely not sound proof. I listened to my neighbor snore for... a year. No amenities in the building. No door access from the garages unless you live on first floor.
