I have lived at the Hons Apartments for about 5 months now. I did have issues with loud neighbors, but once I reported it the problem was quickly resolved. I have not had any problems with noise since. The walls are super thick and it takes a lot to hear anyone else. I love how everything is new and in working order, and I enjoy having a washer and dryer in my unit. I feel very safe (which is important for a young woman in her early twenties). I have not a single complaint about Hons apartments. If I have any questions or issues they are addressed promptly. Building manager, Tom, is the kindest person and always greets you with a "hello". The building is very quiet. I have never heard my neighbors while living here for over a year.

I moved into a one bedroom + den in 2019, and was so sad to move out this summer after leaving my job. The units are quiet, I never had an issue with safety (and as a 22yo woman alone and four hours from home that was important) or management, and my energy bills were fairly low. The brick was beautiful in my unit! Highly recommend!

The windows are not set right with big gaps letting bugs in and keeping energy cost high. Informed management but nothing was done. Also, they cool air flows only in the living room if you want cool air in the bedrooms you have to keep your doors open (no fans). Can’t keep any property managers, cycled through 4 in a matter of months. Also, there is a one-way communication they’ll contact you but when you try to get a hold of someone they won’t answer emails. Better options out there, don’t be... fooled. Read More
