Broadmoor is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in.
Maintenace is always super quick and friendly. The events like the Christmas party really made getting to know other people a lot easier! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a well-managed and fun community in WDM!

An awesome place to live! Amenities are great, office staff are quick to resolve issues and super nice! Maintenance staff quickly respond. They have fun activities for the residents. Very close in proximity to about anything you would need!

Broadmoor is easily the best complex in Des Moines. Events nearly once a month, free tickets to cubs and Iowa Wild games, maintenance shows up same-day to repair.

I lived here for a little over a year, and absolutely hated having to move. Moved only because of husband’s job. I had the best neighbors, everyone is super friendly. Office staff are all extremely helpful. Specially Jordan, she literally will go out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. Maintenance guys are always quick with any repairs ya might need. Grounds are kept up at all times. Pet friendly and safe place to live. I truly miss living there, top notch all the way around!!!

I have lived here for a little over 2 years and hate to move, but work is taking me out-of-state! The office staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to complete work orders. Their events are always something to look forward to - food trucks, baseball games, etc! You can tell they truly care about their residents and the upkeep of their community. Thank you for a great experience!
