Good apartment. Quick to action maintenance requests. Dated but has character! Lots of mature trees which make it really enjoyable in the summer months.

Love 95% of the apartment the one thing that I feel needs addressed is the landscaping. Around the buildings especially round the front missing rock torn landscaping material weeds etc

Enjoy swimming at the pool and the conviences in the area. The pool and the dog park are great amenities within the apartment complex. Also find it valuable for the speed bumps as I have grandchildren that come to visit.

I love my apartment and maintenance is great. The community is quiet. But I wish that they would do dog dna since some people let their dogs poop and don’t clean it up.
