So far it’s been a great experience! I just wish my garage was closer to my apartment, it’s quite a journey away especially for how much it is a month.

Pros: close to stores and restaurants, nearby walking trail, can't hear noisy neighbors
Cons: grass really isn't taken care of in front of my building and there a lot of dirt spots. The pictures on the website don't match my apartment. The washer and dryer are small and have to cut loads in half. Not a ton of kitchen storage. Closets didn't have any rods to hang things on so we had to buy them ourselves. Window sills are dirty and just look painted over instead of actually cleaned. Patio was... dirty when we first moved in. Toilet was loose and you could see a ring of rust on the floor. Trim around the bathroom and bathtub are chipped or pulling away from the wall. Lots of random fees you don't pay at other places. Front office takes forever to answer emails.
It was fine to live in while we were there but will be moving when our lease is up. Live here if you need the proximity to stuff, otherwise I highly recommend living somewhere else.

Love living here at Wellington! The grounds are beautiful! My apartment was VERY clean for move in! The parking is great and always plenty of parking available. Shelisa was very helpful with the move in process! Glad I chose Wellington!
