Safe and friendly community. Maintenance came the next day after putting in a work order. Only bad thing is apartment wasn’t fully inspected before we moved in but we are getting things fixed now.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful, the staff’s friendly, the nature around is a plus. Having a pool, nice gym is just an extra bonus. I love that they let ESA’s be a part of the community. The signing of the lease was super easy. Pay tent through Loft isn’t hard at all either.

Nice people friendly I like thank clean They are polite and very kind; I like it because it is quiet—no noise—and very clean.If I run into them, they greet me very kindly, and we help each other out, too. They always have something to talk about—that’s important as well. Thank you, and God bless them.

Move-in went great; the apartment was in good condition, and everything was well cleaned. Happy I chose Wellington Apartments over other options.

Great maintenance, location is awesome for nearby shopping and close proximity to the mall! Apartments are spacious love the washer and dryer in unit. Neighbors are really great.
