Great maintenance, location is awesome for nearby shopping and close proximity to the mall! Apartments are spacious love the washer and dryer in unit. Neighbors are really great.

People seem friendly, area kept up well, employees at Wellington are eager to help in any way. I would say my one concern are the windows. While the apartments have been updated, I would like to see the windows updated to newer and easier to work with windows.

Love 95% of the apartment the one thing that I feel needs addressed is the landscaping. Around the buildings especially round the front missing rock torn landscaping material weeds etc

Enjoy swimming at the pool and the conviences in the area. The pool and the dog park are great amenities within the apartment complex. Also find it valuable for the speed bumps as I have grandchildren that come to visit.
