I have had issues, but management was quick to help. Maintenance is done very quickly. The people here are friendly. The location is ideal.

Maintenance has been great at responding quickly to any issues I've had with my apartment. They changed out my refrigerator and also got my dryer blowing hot air again.
My kitchen sink was having drain problems and they fixed it then it was working fine!

Everyone has been so helpful and friendly during our move in! We discovered an issue with the AC and maintenence was so efficient in making us comfortable while waiting for repairs.
The Wellington community is clean, quiet, and cozy....just what we were looking for!

Extremely Dog Accommodating not just friendly! Walking in the neighborhood feels small town honey versus big city — which I personally love. Nice apartments, clean and maintenance responds quickly. Parking is good!
