Going down hill
They've been through multiple maintenance employees in a year. Requests are going unacknowledged. They're lying about completing requests (I have proof). There's a tenet whose cats have urinated enough in their apartment that the smell seeps into the hallway. The windows all leak air like a funnel. They change management every year or so. On a positive note, they replaced the roof on all three buildings and did a minor parking lot resurfacing. I won't be renewing the lease.

Not bad for the price, poor management
We lived here for a few years. Reasonable rent and good location. In general the property was messy and trash was always over-flowing. Between missing packages, pool out of order for a year, and the constant smell of weed we were ready for a move. We were not impressed with the change of management, new manager is a bit rude.

Nice place, nice management
Nice apartment complex, conveniently located near the Jordan Creek shopping area. Recently under new management. I have lived here for 11 years and have endured many changes of ownership and management. The current Manager is one of the very best, without question. She is conscientious, dependable, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing and eager to assist you with any issue you might have a question about. The maintenance staff is also top-notch. Very efficient, friendly, and thorough any... time I have needed something repaired or replaced. In addition, Management has also been exceptionally thorough in communicating any and all aspects of any issues that have arisen in a very timely and efficient manner.

Great first apartment
First apartment that my fiance and moved into to escape mice at our old place when management refused to patch up holes to the building. This apartment is a great first apartment. May seem a little from the outside compared to most WDM apartments, but is not bad at all. Property manager and his wife are very nice and actually care. Only downside is that my building was right next to the e-way. Luckily there's basically two "layers" of window, so you can't hear anything when both of them are... closed. However if your windows are open, that's all you'll hear from the outside, is cars going by.
