Great place to call home

I lived here for about 2 years the community is great and the amenities are great and of course the staff are top notch. It is centraly located so that is a pluse easy to get anywhere in boise

Wonderful!!

We really miss these apartments, unfortunately, we had to move to another state. The area around the apartment is very clean and green. Huge pool and fountains. Very quiet place. Most importantly, Angee! She will always answer all questions and help in any situation. If we return to Boise, we will again choose this apartment!

Like family!

I love living here. It's been a few years and by far the best apartment complex I've lived. Maintenance concerns are always taken care of so quickly. Lots of upgrades to the property over the last couple of years. There was an awesome new fountain that shut down for an unfortunate amount of time, but I saw them working on it this week so that's promising! The manager is the best. Angee really cares about me and everyone else here. She has offered a listening ear during some hard times and... offered genuine comfort. It's unusual in this business and doesn't go unnoticed. ??

Love it here!

I have Lived here for 6 years and really love it! I have now lived here longer in my adult life than any where else with no plans to move in the near future. The office and maintenance staff are top notch. They are so friendly and everything gets done so quick! I have great neighbors and feel very safe here. The location is fantastic with easy access to freeways and downtown. It's been really fun to live here for so long and see some of the changes being made to property over the last year.... Everything was painted last fall and several overgrown trees were cut down so everything looks fresh. There is a new, beautiful rock fountain that my balcony over looks. They are in the process of building a covered area near the huge(!) pool for more shade and this summer I was excited to find out there will be all new pool furniture and more picnic tables! My picture is on the wall in the hallway near the office from the summer BBQ's and they make me feel like family. I highly recommend!
