Honestly, having lived... (Verified Renter)
Honestly, having lived here at Civic Plaza for 8+ years, I've had absolutely no major issues with the complex or with management. I know everyone in the office on a first name basis and I think that maintenance guys appreciate the cleanliness of my apartment the few times they've needed to come in to service something.
