Great place! Highly Recommend!

This is such a nice complex,- true retreat with Gym and Pool! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible. Morgan and Josie are wonderful management team. They are very friendly and helpful and keep everything well organized and running smooth. That itself is a big deal for any renter! I enjoyed living here and highly recommend anybody who is looking either for a short-term or a long-term rentals.

Personal experience: Had a THIRD FLOOR, 1 BED x 1 BATH apartment with a great view.

Upon move in we weren't all too pleased given that dog hair was still embedded in the carpet and you could smell everything from it all drying, but after we made that clear it was quickly tended to. The maintenance orders were handled in a timely manner throughout our stay and the management was never like the nightmares you read about with seemingly every 1 in 3 apartments. Anyway, the 12 foot vaulted ceilings made the place feel very spacious, the look of the units and buildings themselves was... nice, and the location was great for us. I would recommend staying here (hopefully management hasn't changed and everything is still fluid).

I gave this place a 5 star when I moved in after the great customer service I got. I moved out a few weeks ago. The move out experience was just as smooth as my move in experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live. Good job staff you will be missed.

Great new apartment!

I am not new to apartment living and some of my experiences in the past have not been great. Retreat at Silvercloud exceeded my expectations. Apartment living isn't perfect but the staff here really gets it. Work orders are always taken care of and requests are responded too. The leasing office is always welcoming and has coffee and cookies daily. I've never lived in a better place!
