Rockwood Lodge I have been living at Rockwood Lodge for almost 4 years.
I Love living here. The grounds are always clean. It well lit. The maintenance staff is always friendly and quick to respond. The office staff is friendly and always willing to help. The location is great too. Close to schools and shopping.

Should be cheaper Was grateful to get a place so easily but now I understand why. Rent is comparable but quality of appliances and overall apartment do not compare. Also heard from other tenants they raise rent every year so most people only stay 1 year. Haven’t been here long but not sure I’ll end up staying if that becomes the case come lease renewal. Also heard from other tenants this is the first year utilities are not included. If they were, we would be much happier.
