Should be cheaper Was grateful to get a place so easily but now I understand why. Rent is comparable but quality of appliances and overall apartment do not compare. Also heard from other tenants they raise rent every year so most people only stay 1 year. Haven’t been here long but not sure I’ll end up staying if that becomes the case come lease renewal. Also heard from other tenants this is the first year utilities are not included. If they were, we would be much happier.

Living at Rockwood Lodge I have lived at Rockwood Lodge for almost 4 years.
I love it here. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The grounds are always well kept and well lit. It is a great central location. Great place call home.
