We allow a maximum of two pets per home. No weight restrictions on dogs, but there are the following breed restrictions: Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes and Wolf-hybrids. There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee required for the first pet, and $250 non-refundable pet fee required for the second pet. Pet rent is $40 per pet per month. My husband and I love it here, it was an easy transition into our apartment and the community is great. They have so many different amenities and everything is in a close distance of the complex. We are very happy being here!

Great experience at the Northern! The leasing and management team made our move-in seamless and very easy, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The units have great layouts and the facilities and grounds are very clean and well maintained. The gym is great and has everything you need. We loved our experience here!
