Right now we have a gentleman who occupies the home above. Nobody else. He is only there part time from Sept-May. Then we rent the home out as an Airbnb in the summer. This is the hope and plan for the home above in the future. That we will try and long term it out in the winter and short term it out in the summer.
So we are suggesting that who ever rents the home out downstairs is also a single person, or a couple that doesn’t have kids. We do have quiet hours for upstairs but just walking alone can be heard from downstairs at times I’m sure. So you have to be understanding that’s how homes in the basement are. A nice pair of ear plugs work best if need be.
