Horrible Management
The management has taken a turn for the worst ever since the original owner left. You are never able to get ahold of anyone (I believe there may only be one person who works on there management team) You can’t even get ahold of someone on their emergency after hours line... and if you have a maintenance request, save your breath because even when you put in a request online (how they require you to) they’ll claim they never received it. However when they finally do send someone out which is the... ONE maintenance guy for every job / issue. He jimmy rigs and leaves things completely unfinished..... so after the run around with management you get the maintenance guy who doesn’t know what he’s doing. Also let’s talk about the dog poop..... absolutely DISGUSTING. Supposedly, owners are supposed to be fined and held responsible for dog poop they don’t pick up... that’s a joke. There is dog poop everywhere, I’m not even kidding. Walk through and check it out for yourself. We can’t take out our garbage cans out without stepping in it. We have made numerous complaints and no one does anything. They also no longer monitor the tenants/parking so our street looks totally trashy with 5-6 cars/trucks piling up in a single driveway onto the sidewalks (it looks ridiculous not to mention hazardous when trying to leave). It’s sad really because it’s such a beautiful place so close to the village but sooooo incredibly poorly ran. I see that Amanda responded to another poor review on here stating that she’d be more than happy to talk about it in person... lol ya right. Amanda you never answer or return calls, emails, or voicemails. And when one of your tenants does need something you are rude and condescending.. & not to mention completely unorganized. Hopefully The owners see this and decide to make a change in management.
