Being at Stone Brook has been amazing. The apartments are really cute and nice. The management has been so respectful and helpful. They have answered every question we have had and instead of telling us to solve problems, they offer their help. We have loved living here.

Management does not respond to emails. Their emergency line does not go through. The gym equipment is always broken.

Me and my wife really like our Stonebrook apartment. However ownership of the property recently changed hands and the new owners are raising the rates substantially. Our rent is going up $120 a month. This is ridiculous and will force us to move to a different place.

This was a good place to live. Staff was nice, my husband and I were comfortable, the ward is great, but we are being forced to move now, without finishing our lease, because they decided to raise our rent without giving us any warning.

We have loved it here at Stone Brook for the last year. The management is amazing and so are the people in our building. HOWEVER, the owners of Stone Brook suddenly decided to raise our rent by $70 without giving us any warning, so when it came time to either renew our lease or move, we were forced to sign again because there wasn't enough time to find another apartment. Seriously unacceptable behavior from the owners to be taking advantage of their residents for their own financial again. For... that reason alone, I give them a one star.
