If I could give zero I would
Lived here just under a year.
In February I found that I had a roach in my unit. They have exterminators on site every Friday so they put you on the list. 3 weeks of no shows later I find two more roaches.
They finally spray. Come out for a few weeks the. Bam the roaches are back again. And again and again and again.
Needless to say after months of exterminators coming out (5months or so they finally spray all the units in the building) I have had to empty my cabinets on 3 separate occasions... for a deep spray down (of them only doing my unit) 7 months later now, I saw another cockroach today in my unit on my window. I’ve had to buy my own sticky pads, sprays, and other traps to get rid of them. They have come out of the outlets, found one in my microwave, in my bed and I’ve even been bitten by them. (My house is clean no open food out, garbage taken out, house wiped down I have OCD I do not like things dirty) it is purely disgusting to say the least. The laundry rooms are filthy. My shower gets a random pink sludge in it from standing water. Dirt come in the closed windows (haven’t had my window open in 3 months because of fear the roaches are coming in from outside, I scrubbed my windows with Clorox wipes for dirt to still be all over them) the kicker they wouldn’t do anything to show their apologies for allowing someone to live in this type of environment instead if I renew my lease they are increasing my rent. Plus all the tenants are disgusting throwing garbage in front of dumpsters, garbage is constantly flying everywhere. Also, Good luck finding a parking spot.
This isn’t even mentioning the numerous time the police are in the parking lot for some sort of disturbance.
RUN!!!!!! Don’t walk RUN away from this place if you can help it!!!
