Don't live here if you care about privacy and/or don't want to be fear mongered into renewing your lease.
The apartment itself is actually really nice (mine had brand new carpet) but the staff and leasing problems were the biggest issue for me. The manager shows up unannounced and maintenance enters your apartment without your consent even if a maintenance request wasn't submitted. Their reasoning is that it's "in the lease" but they could at least inform you before they just show up and enter your bedroom while you're sleeping. They also have a policy that they don't mention until after you've... signed that says you have to renew your lease by March if you signed before labor day (even if you signed your lease all the way up until the end of August). Otherwise your apartment goes back up on the market. So if you don't know your plans 6 months in advance, I wouldn't bother.
