Not worth it!
Dont waste your time here. Most of the units are not updated like the pictures at all. Ramshaw is such a hassle to work with, and the property manager doesn’t care about helping you with anything. Emergency maintenance....yeah right. They can’t help you till the next day. Front desk staff is rude, and unwilling to find someone to help you with your problem. Overpriced as well.

We can't speak specifically to your issues as we do not know who which tenant you are. In response to your complaints i can say that
1. Tenants signing a lease at Tuscany tour the exact unit before they sign a lease on it, we do this specifically... because we have units that are remodeled, upgraded or are slightly dated. This process ensures that the tenant is 100% aware of exactly what their unit looks like before signing.
2. Emergency Maintenance is available 24/7, that said, there are times that we define an emergency differently than our tenants. I can assure you that if your emergency was a health safety issue we would have responded during emergency hours not questions asked.
3. Our rates are published on the internet like everyone else, If you were able to find a more economical solution on your next lease we are happy for you.
4. We will address the conduct of the front staff to insure that they're not rude to customers. We apologize for this.
