This building is wonderful. The entire team is friendly and helpful. The building itself is well maintained and has a ton of great amenities. I love working from home in the WFH office spaces and hitting the fitness center.

1225 is arguably the best building in Old Town, Chicago. The amenities are clean and wonderful to use, the staff is friendly and consistent, and the location is unbeatable! Community events happen frequently, allowing residents to connect and chat. Both residents and staff members are friendly. This building is exceptionally dog-friendly, and my pup has made plenty of friends here!

From the time I came to take a tour to the time that I moved in, the leasing team has been exceptional and made my move super easy. They are easy to get a hold of and quick to respond with any questions. The apartment was immaculate when I moved in, it is quiet and the amenities are a nice plus.
